I decided to end this week with a really fun post! Often times people planning events are looking for just a little “oomph” to add to the festivities. Screaming Queens provides that oomph and then some! Known for their unmatched entertainment, Screaming Queens has a host of services ranging from Drag Queens, Las Vegas Show Girls, Impersonators, Greeters, and most popular – their Strolling Buffet Tables.

I had a chance to go behind the scenes with Alexander Heimberg, the owner of Screaming Queens and hear all about the details it takes to pull off this level of entertainment. And just for the record, I had a little bit {okay, maybe A LOT} of fun playing dress up in the costume storage room!

Fun Facts about Screaming Queens:

• They started out as a drag queen company and then added the element of impersonators.

• Contrary to popular belief, their Strolling Tables are NOT a new concept. It was first developed and used at a wedding held in NYC over 10 years ago!

• The company puts major time, dedication, and attention into the overall look of the costumes. They constantly require maintenance.

• A lot of the models are Vegas Show Girl night club dancers. It takes certain skills to wear the heavy head pieces and maneuver the tables gracefully.
